How to Cancel iClassDee Gold Subscription

How to Cancel iClassDee Gold Subscription

For Apple Users

If you subscribed to iClassDee Gold via Apple iTunes, your subscription is managed by Apple and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your iOS device.

  • 1. Go to "Settings" on your iPhone.

  • 2. Tap your name.

  • 3. Tap "Subscriptions".

  • 4. Here you’ll see your active subscriptions. Tap on "iClassDee".

  • 5. Tap "Cancel Subscription".

  • 6. Confirm your cancellation on the pop-up.


For Android Users


If you subscribed to iClassDee Gold via Google Play, your subscription is managed by Google Play and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your Android device.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  • 1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.

  • 2. Sign into your Google account.

  • 3.At the top right, tap the profile icon and select "Subscriptions".

  • 4. Select "iClassDee".

  • 5. Tap "Cancel subscription".

  • 6. Follow the feedback prompts, then confirm your cancellation on the pop-up.


Please Note:

  • Your Google Play account/ Apple iTunes account will be charged 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

  • Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.
