Cancel, Upgrade, Downgrade iClassDee Plan Subscription

Please note if you downgrade or cancel the plan, some of the functions will be affected.

If the number of 'Regular Student' in the downgraded package is less than the number of regular students you have enrolled, you have to remove the extra students.

You may retain read-only permissions (including class schedule, homework, and class moment.)


Cancel the Subscription

For Apple Users

If you subscribed to iClassDee Plan via Apple iTunes, your subscription is managed by Apple and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your iOS device.

  • 1. Go to "Settings" on your iPhone.

  • 2. Tap your name.

  • 3. Tap "Subscriptions".

  • 4. Here you’ll see your active subscriptions. Tap on "iClassDee".

  • 5. Tap "Cancel Subscription".

  • 6. Confirm your cancellation on the pop-up.


For Android Users


If you subscribed to iClassDee Plan via Google Play, your subscription is managed by Google Play and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your Android device.


To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  • 1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.

  • 2. Sign into your Google account.

  • 3. At the top right, tap the profile icon and select "Subscriptions".

  • 4. Select "iClassDee".

  • 5. Tap "Cancel subscription".

  • 6. Follow the feedback prompts, then confirm your cancellation on the pop-up.


Please Note:

  • Your Google Play account/ Apple iTunes account will be charged 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

  • Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling.


Upgrade, Downgrade the Subscription

For Apple Users

1. Go to "Settings" on your iPhone.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap "Subscriptions".

4. Here you’ll see your active subscriptions. Tap on "iClassDee+".

5. Tap "See All Plans".

6. Select the plan you wan to upgrade or downgrade.


For Android Users

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.

2. Sign into your Google account.

3. At the top right, tap the profile icon and select "Subscriptions".

4. Find and open the app that offers to upgrade from a prepaid plan to a subscription or downgrade from a subscription to a prepaid plan.

5. Tap Manage subscription.

6. Select the new plan you want to change.
