Add a co-teacher to a class

The teacher can invite a co-teacher to join your class to help coordinate class activities, like correction of the homework and class roll call.

Here are the following steps for the invitation:

1. Log into your teacher account on iClassDee.

2. Tap the "Class" button at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select the class you want to add a co-teacher.

4. Tap the "Share" button at the bottom of the screen.

Tips:

The invitation code is valid for one-time use only and will expire in 30 minutes.

You can share the invitation code pic in “Line” or “Facebook”.

Here are the following steps for the co-teacher to join the class.

1. Log in to the iClassdee first.

2. Make sure you have switched to the teacher role by tapping the "Switch" icon at the top right of the "Me" page.

3. Tap the "Class" tab and click "be Co-Teacher".

4. Enter the Invitation Code you have received.

What should I do if the verification code has expired?

The invitation code will expire in 30 minutes. after the email was sent. You can contact the teacher of this class to invite you again.

What should I do if my invitation code was used?

The invitation code is valid once. You can contact your partner to send you a new invitation!

What should I do if I didn't receive my invitation email?

Try to reconnect the network and renew your mailbox message including spam. Make sure the email address sent is correct.
