I Cannot Log Into My Account
There may be a few different reasons why you are unable to log into your account.
Please try the following options:
1. Reset your password.
2. Check your Internet connection. Toggle between WiFi and cellular data to ensure you have the strongest connection.
3. Make sure that you have allowed iClassDee to access your cellular data. (This will be in your device's settings under iClassDee.)
If those troubleshooting tips do not resolve the issue it could be that you created your account using a different email address than the one you are trying to use. Try logging in using all of the other email addresses you have.
If you need additional support locating your account and logging in, please contact us at support@iclassdee.com. Be sure to provide the name associated with your account along with any emails you may have used to sign up.
